Terms of Use
OverYou: No Contact & Breakup is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to OverYou. By using the app you agree to both.
1. Not medical or professional advice
OverYou is a self-help tool. It is not therapy, counselling, medical or legal advice. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.
2. The AI coach
Replies are generated automatically by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgement, and don't rely on them for decisions about your health, safety or legal matters. Don't use the coach to harass, threaten or harm anyone. How your messages are handled is described in the privacy policy.
3. Subscriptions
- OverYou Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly. It raises the AI coach allowance from 5 to 300 replies per month. Everything else in the app is free.
- The yearly plan may start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged to your Apple ID.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Unused replies do not roll over to the next month.
4. Availability
We work to keep the AI coach available but can't guarantee it will always be. We may change or discontinue features, and if a paid feature is discontinued we will say so in the app.
